Wendy Harris, Secretary

Wendy Harris served in several capacities at BlackRock during her 20+ year tenure in trading, sales, marketing, technology and user experience/design with a focus on content strategy. Before joining BlackRock, Wendy worked for a decade in non-profit organizations in San Francisco that provided services to shelter animals, medically indigent adults, and homeless youth and their families.

Wendy holds a BA in Humanities with an emphasis in cross-cultural studies. She also holds a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management.

 

Wendy lives in San Francisco with her husband, daughter and three cats. In her spare time, she tends to her garden plot and creates hand built pottery.

Wendy originally joined the Board as Director in 2017. In 2018, she assumed the role of Secretary and still serves today.
