Amy Choi, Director
A longtime resident in the SF Bay Area, Amy has been member of the Fort Mason Community Garden since 1995 and has served on the FMCG Board since 2012.
After attending high school in San Francisco and graduating from UC Berkeley in Nutritional Sciences, she spent most of her professional career in basic science in the areas of hormonal regulations & addiction research. She is currently managing a media & reagents production core facility at UCSF.
Amy enjoys growing a wide variety of flowers in this magical corner of the city and has helped onboard new members to ensure any available plots were assigned in a timely fashion.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking around the Bay Area.
